We guarantee that all photos and videos that we take after the final packing of the stone slabs in our warehouse in Berlin-Marienfelde are taken without any image and video editing (Photoshop etc.).

 

The stone slabs are cleaned only with water and illuminated with an LED light for the photos and videos.

Therefore, we stand proudly behind our products and can say that all the shapes and patterns you see in our gallery hardly differ from the originals you receive in our warehouse.

You are also welcome to request a material sample: examine the color, workmanship and material properties for yourself.

 

We would be happy to send you one or more material samples in the following size:   20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm.

By arrangement, you can also view and inspect the stone slabs (slaps) in person at our warehouse in Berlin.

At Stone Brothers Group you get a minimum of one (1) year product warranty on every product. We offer high-quality natural stone products. We hereby guarantee good materials and correct workmanship. Our warranty conditions are listed below.

 Stone Brothers Group Warranty Terms

  • The warranty claim begins on the day of delivery. To make a warranty claim, you always need proof of purchase (invoice).

  • You are not entitled to the guarantee in the following cases: Wear and tear on products that show normal signs of wear.

  • You will not be entitled to a warranty claim if the product has been damaged by you or a third party or if it has been handled incorrectly.

  • You are not entitled to a guarantee for damage caused by external influences or assembly.

  • The costs for assembly or disassembly are not covered by the guarantee. The costs that have arisen or will arise during assembly or disassembly are not covered by the guarantee conditions and stonebrothergroup.de is expressly not liable for any costs incurred.

  • Any defect or consequential damage caused by incorrect or faulty assembly or use is not covered by the warranty and Stone Brothers Group expressly disclaims liability for this.

  • The guarantee expires in the event of resale of the delivered products, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing with the buyer.

If something in your order is not complete or not as you wished, you can send it by email to info@stonebrothergroup.de for quick processing and solution.

Would you like to return your order?
If you would like to return your order, you can write to Stonebrothergroup.de (an email to info@stonebrothergroup is sufficient).

Do you have a complaint?

If you want to return your order, you can report this in writing to Stonebrothergroup.de (an email is sufficient). If the reasons for a complaint are justified, Stone Brothers Group reserves the right to decide how they are carried out. Stone Brothers Group can decide whether the damage is to be settled by repairing or replacing the product. If Stone Brothers Group decides to exchange the product, but the product(s) in question are no longer in the range, Stone Brothers Group reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product or to offer a comparable product with the same price/quality ratio.

Upon receipt of your complaint by email, which claims under the warranty, Stone Brothers Group will respond as quickly as possible. If further investigation steps need to be taken, Stone Brothers Group will inform you of this in writing (by email). We always endeavour to resolve problems and complaints quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties.
